With the first production for the multi-billion dollar Greater Tortue Ahmeyim and Sangomar mega developments slated for next year, Senegal has decreed that a minimum 10 % of revenues from the industry will be directed into FONSIS, its Sovereign Wealth fund, re-investing $500 million into domestic markets by 2025.
