I am a Professional Electrical Engineer and a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) with over fifteen years of experience mainly in the electricity sub-sector at the Kenya’s national power distribution and retail company, The Kenya Power & Lighting Company Plc. and several other African countries.

I am passionate about research, innovations, universal access to energy, zero emissions, optimization, fourth industrial revolution and global best practices in the energy sector. I hold a doctorate degree in the field of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (Power systems) from the University of Johannesburg in South Africa.
